Devco would like to congratulate Mrs. Christine van der Linde who was elected as one of seven directors of the Grand Bahama Chamber of Commerce (GBCC) on Wednesday, November 28, 2018. Mrs. van der Linde will serve for two years along with fellow directors David McGregor, Carmel Churchill, Antoine Brookes, Dennis Knowles, Leslie Davies-Baptista and Lawrence Palmer. The incoming Officers of the GBCC are Gregory LaRoda Sr., President, Daniel Lowe, First Vice President, Dan Romence, Second Vice President, Ormand Saunders Jr., Treasurer and Ralph Hepburn, Secretary.
We wish Mrs. van der Linde well and support her in her new role as she pledges to do her part to work with the business community and to promote the island of Grand Bahama as a place for doing business.
